Seeking candidate for full-time position in the Birmingham area with a medical or surgical background. Must be familiar with medical terminology and sterile technique as well as office administration. Some evening, weekend and holiday call shifts required.

The Alabama Eye Bank has TWO, full time Referral Coordinator positions open in our Donor Services Call Center. This position is responsible for assisting in the donation process by receiving incoming death referrals, screening to determine donor eligibility, assisting families in their time of need through donation education, and coordinating surgical recovery.
RN or BS in life sciences preferred.
